Through Pastoral Ministry, the Staff at FBC Lewisville seeks to minister to the personal needs of our church family and community. All the Staff, many of the deacons, and many lay people participate in hospital visitation each week.

One of our vital ministries is to the homebound, those who can no longer attend our services. Volunteers in ministry call, visit, run erands, do chores, and sometimes prepare meals for our homebound. Deacon Ministry teams keep in touch with our church families and are available to provide assistance when needed.

Persons experiencing personal crises, difficult decisions, or family problems can avail themselves of confidential guidance through the church staff. Types of guidance include spiritual needs, problems, profession of faith, grief, pre-marital and marital guidance, personal and family.

Our Pastoral Ministry also assists with wedding plans, funeral arrangements, and other pastoral concerns.
