kidzone at FBC would love to have you join us for a Sunday Bible Study or our Old School experience on Wednesdays. kidone is a safe, fun and purposeful place for kids to worship together and to learn more about who God is. We invite you to be a part of all the excitement! 

Child Check-In

We open 15 minutes before each event.

Children may only be dropped off at their room 15 minutes before the start of each service and once a leader has arrived at the room.

First-time guests will go to Guest Check-in, located at the check-in station on the second floor in the kidzone wing and will be asked to fill out a registration card. Upon check-in, you and your child will be escorted by one of our team members to the appropriate room.

What to Expect at Bible Study on Sunday Mornings

Sundays – 9:30am and 11am

Opening Activities

Once your child arrives at their classroom they will check-in for the Bible Study hour. During this hour they will experience the bible Study lesson thought games, activities, crafts, teaching and thorough any other method we can use to effectively connect your child with the truth of Jesus , the Christ. Your child will be placed in Bible Study class according to their grade. All Bible Study Leaders have been trained and background checked. 

Picking Up Your Children

Parents will pick their children, grades 1- -3, from their Bible Study room. This is the same room where they were dropped off. Pick up requires the parental portion of the security tag received during check-in. Upon check-out, parents can pick up a Bible Study page to use to discuss that day’s lesson with your child at a later time.

Wednesdays – 6pm

Here is a snapshot of what kids will experience at Old School 

Large Group

This is our time to teach through singing, playing games, and looking at God’s Word. All kids, grades 1 – 6, are together during worship. It is often fun, loud and little crazy. It is during this time that our Biblical truth or virtue is introduced and comes to life through storytelling, drama and object lessons.  

Small Groups

This is where kids connect with new friends and great leaders as they engage in deeper studies through

G.A.’s for girls grades 1 – 6
Through hands-on experiences, stories of missionaries and cultural understanding activities, they are challenged to live out Micah 6:8 (NIrV): “The Lord has shown you what is good. He has told you what he requires of you. You must treat people fairly. You must love others faithfully. And you must be very careful to live the way your God wants you to.”

R.A.’s for guys grades 1 – 6
RA’s is a Bible-centered,  opportunity for boys in in grades 1-6 to learn how to life a committed Christ-like life. The boys have opportunity learn what a man of God is and how to live a life as a disciple of Christ. This includes learning practical “man-stuff” too.

Bible Drill for kids grades 4 – 6
Bible Drill emphasizes honesty and treating God's Word with respect. Bible skills are taught and reinforced through fun activities, songs, games, and encouragement at home. This is a great way to help children articulate their spiritual beliefs, gain self-confidence, and proclaim God's Word to the world.

All small group leaders have been trained and background checked.
